The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.
—C.G. Jung
I strive to:
serve as a companion and create a nurturing and healing temenos,
where self-discovery can lead to the restoration of trust, purpose, and playful engagement.
I value:
courage, curiosity, the creative process, and relatedness
as the soil for fresh growth, flourishing, and vitality.
My approach is holistic and integrative, sacred and soulful.

I weave in:
trauma-informed and mindfulness practices, embrace the power of a witnessing presence,
support patients while they address inner and outer challenges,
foster greater consciousness and sense of possibility,
and hold on to the dream of moving into alignment with one's own uniquely imagined life.

Exceeding Expectations One Patient at a Time
Ever since I was young, I knew I wanted to get into a career path that would make a difference in people’s lives. This interest led me to study psychological science and eventually a full time job. As a licensed Psychologist in the greater San Francisco area, I am committed to the well-being of all my patients and go above and beyond to cater to their needs.
I truly care for all of my clients, and work diligently to help find them the answers they seek. Since 2000, I have worked with a variety of patients dealing with circumstances that are unique to their lives.
